All orders are shipped via fully tracked services through our trusted couriers: Royal Mail (UK Standard), Deutsche Post (standard) or DHL (express).

Delivery times are estimates only and exclude customs delays.

Special Orders

• Pre-Orders & Wholesale Shipments: Pre-orders and wholesale shipments may require up to 28 days for dispatch. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
• Mixed Orders: Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be dispatched in full once the pre-order item is available.

Prescription Orders

• Prescription eyewear requires 14–21 business days for production and quality assurance. Orders will be dispatched via the customer’s selected delivery method following completion.

Free Shipping

• Orders utilizing free shipping promotions (e.g., discount codes) will be shipped via standard tracked service (Deutsche Post or Royal Mail). Upgrades to DHL Express are available for an additional fee.

Returned Shipments

• Shipments returned due to incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts will require payment of full reshipping fees prior to redispatch.
• Refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.

International Customs & Duties

• As the recipient, you are fully responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid to release your shipment from customs upon arrival.
• Prior to delivery, the shipping carrier will notify you of any applicable fees. Failure to pay these duties will result in your order being returned to Belvoir&Co’s head office. In such cases, a 20% handling fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Legal Compliance:
Belvoir&Co is legally required to declare the exact purchase value of all international shipments. Requests to modify this information will not be accommodated.

Notes

• Due to immediate order processing, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once submitted.
• Belvoir&Co does not dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays.

Belvoir&Co is not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Postal service disruptions, extreme weather events, or natural disasters
- Political instability, pandemics, or technical failures affecting carrier networks.
