What is your customer service contact?

I have ordered, but did not receive any order confirmation?

Please check your email / junk mail. You should search contact@belvoirco.com to find the order confirmation. If this still does not load, then please email us on the same address.

Do you ship worldwide?

YES! We offer worldwide delivery, so do not miss out on ordering the hottest frames on the market.

Can I cancel or amend my order once placed?

Unfortunately, due to the speed our team dispatch orders we cannot make any amendments once placed. Please be sure you triple check the shipping details to avoid any failed deliveries.

How do I return an order I no longer want?

Please visit our returns policy and read in full.

I cannot track my order, can you help?

Once orders dispatch, you will receive email / SMS communication with the tracking. If you are still unsure then please email us your order number and we can help you.

Can I use more than one discount?

Each order can only have one discount applied. So be sure to take advantage of the best one you've got in your basket.

How does "Buy One Get One Free" work?

How it works

Choose a frame you love, add another one to your cart, and one of them is on us.

Eligible products

All items marked with the BOGO badge qualify for the Buy One, Get One Free offer. This includes selected Sunglasses and Anti-Blue Light frames. Apparel and accessories are excluded.

The discount does not apply to the prescription value, but your second frame will always be free.

How long does it take for prescription to be ready?

Once you have added your prescription or received the quote and are happy to proceed, we request you to allow us 14-21 business days to turn around your new frames. However, on most occasions they are completed much sooner.

If you have selected an express shipping with your order, this will be used upon completion of your new frames

PLEASE NOTE: All prescription sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund, so please be sure you check the frame measurements and the style before securing your order.
